I have made Houston my home for almost 30 years. I moved here to open the office for an environmental engineering company and never looked back. As an experienced Professional Engineer and Project Manager, I joined the energy sector to develop software and hardware systems. I decided to be an entrepreneur and worked with a startup followed by purchasing and operating a hospitality company. There we created a destination service and real estate brokerage that led me to the Real Estate industry, where I am now operating as an Realtor, Investor and Advisor. As part of Five Star Real Estate and Destination Services, I have the technology, experience and resources behind me to successfully support my clients.

I am a 3rd generation native Houstonian and moved to the Willis/Conroe/Woodlands area over 30 years ago! I love this area and am very familiar with the real estate market in and all around Houston.

Johnny Pack is a second generation home builder beginning his 40th year of selling, building, and marketing new homes. Johnny has spent a great portion of his career in the production side of home building industry. He began his career as a new home salesperson before he later became VP of sales and marketing, and eventually Division President, company president, and managing general partner.

Johnny has developed sales and marketing plans that increased traffic and dramatically increased sales. He has developed and implemented customer service programs that help set records for customer satisfaction of over 98.%. He has developed, written and presented sales training programs, devised and managed comprehensive Realtor programs, and been instrumental in companies increasing sales volume, market share, and profitability.

Johnny is a former president of San Antonio’s HBA Sales and Marketing Counsel, a speaker at the NAHB National Convention over 10 times, and has judged numerous home building awards including “The best in American Living Awards”. Johnny has received numerous local, state, and national awards for product design, sales management, print adds, radio, brochures, sales centers, outdoor advertising, and merchandizing.
