Tamatha Mayfield was born and raised in Houston. This has given her an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. She also is a Military Wife and has traveled the world. While stationed in Connecticut where she resided for a little over 10 years she became a licensed real estate agent in 2012. Understanding her community and the areas she works is one of the most important aspects of her real estate career. Tamatha enjoys showcasing the diversity Houston and its surrounding areas have to offer. What excites Tamatha about Houston is that it has so much to do and is really a shopping ground for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Tamatha's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent ten years in the Oil and Gas field until her path took a major turn and she moved to Germany due to her Husband's Military orders. It was then she embraced being a Military Wife and exploring what she really loved doing, Tamatha grew a passion for the different types of real estate the world had to offer. It is only natural that Tamatha was able to combine her love of her hometown, Houston, and the knowledge she gained traveling the world to develop a successful real estate business. As a Military Wife, Tamatha keeps herself well informed of what the VA has to offer home buyers and the latest technology trends, area developments, and of course the homes you love. Tamatha is married to her awesome husband, Cedric, who is an amazing Musician with the United States Coast Guard. He shares her passion and is her number-one supporter. As a native Houstonian and resident of The Woodlands, Laura has a wealth of knowledge about Houston and surrounding areas. Since earning her license in 2013, Laura has had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in many areas such as Richmond, Magnolia, Spring, Rice Military in the Washington Corridor, The Woodlands, Bridgeland, Cypress, Katy and even Austin.

She also has a great interest in new construction, and her new homeowners always appreciate her attention to detail as she works with them throughout the construction process. For international clients, Laura is often their eyes and ears when they are away. She also has extensive experience with buyers relocating to the area.

When listing homes for sale, Laura gives her clients extra special attention. From the first walk through to the last, you can expect her to be honest and sincerely invested in the successful sale of your home. As a certified stager, she personally stages each of her client's homes for sale. Her realistic approach to selling your home guarantees that you will price your home correctly, show it frequently and sell it for the best price possible. She isn't afraid to be a tough negotiator and is always your best advocate.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, retail sales, ministry and event planning, Laura is a natural in customer satisfaction. She began her career with ExxonMobil in marketing, but her love of people and her desire to make a positive difference drew her into full-time ministry at Second Baptist Church of Houston. Laura acted as Special Events Coordinator, produced and co-hosted the Christian radio show "Single Connection" and directed one of the largest Women's Ministries in the nation. After moving with her family to the Woodlands, she turned her attention to real estate.

Laura was always an active volunteer in the girls' school and extracurricular activities. From PTO fundraising to her most recent position as The Woodlands High School Swim & Dive team booster club Board President, she has broad exposure to the heartbeat of her community.

Laura's big personality, commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, integrity and passion for people shine through in all that she does. She is married to Frank Wright and together they form what he lovingly refers to as a house divided; Laura is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, while Frank graduated from her rival school, Texas A&M University. Married almost 30 years, they are the proud parents of three lovely daughters. With two Aggies and one Longhorn, they happily maintain their house divided.

Ret (short for Loretta) has been a resident of South Montgomery County, Texas for 40 years.  Raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Ret likes the saying, "I'm not a native Texan, but I got here as soon as I could!"

Ret and her husband/assistant, John, have four adult children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. They understand and appreciate the needs of individuals seeking a functional family home, retirees looking to downsize, as well as first-time homebuyers anxious about taking the next step. Family and friends mean everything to Ret and John, and the love for their clients is no different.
