Representing Northwest Houston homeowners and future homeowners, Jessica is committed to listening to her clients needs and utilizing her keen business and negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.  Jessica and her children recently moved to the Magnolia area after living for the past six years in the Spring, TX.  She graduated from Texas A&M- Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree and worked successfully for many years in sales and marketing for the Oil & Gas industry throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.  Jessica joined the Real Estate profession to leverage her enthusiasm for helping others and provides outstanding service while efficiently navigating through the real estate process keeping clients excited, educated, and well informed- she will be by your side every step of the way!

Vicki Brundage has been a resident of The Woodlands for 25 years and an area Realtor since 2012. She is an active member of the community and has enjoyed raising her 3 children in such a welcoming, eventful environment. Over the years, they have enjoyed the hike/bike trails, kayaking, parks, pools, festivals, excellent dining, amenities, and concerts of all kinds. One of the reasons she enjoys real estate is because it allows her to share her extensive knowledge and love of the area with clients.

Vicki started her real estate journey as an investor and co-owner of her husband's real estate brokerage. Throughout the process, she mastered the ins and outs of the purchase/sale process, real estate regulations, efficient marketing, and superior client service. As her client business grew, she joined Connect Realty in order to offer the best technology, live support, and marketing tools to each customer. She utilizes the latest programs and applications, including 3-D virtual tours, Facebook ads, and the latest marketing data to ensure her clients' needs are not only met but also exceeded.

Vicki is personable, believes in integrity, ethics, continued learning, and going the extra mile for her buyers and sellers. She likes to keep an open line of communication with all parties throughout the entire sales process. Vicki places great importance on spending time getting to know her clients to better understand their expectations and needs. She has a passion for adding value to the lives of others through her work and is never too busy to help or answer questions for her clients and colleagues.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, at the beach and the hill country. She is an amateur photographer, involved in volunteering, a support group for caregivers, and Bible Study. Vicki still stays active with investing, renovating a few homes a year.

I earned my professional license in July 2015 and started her new venture at Keller Williams, The Woodlands and Magnolia in August 2015. In my first year, I came out swinging. I was the KW the Woodlands and Magnolia 2016 "Rookie of the Year," and was invited to the Agency Leadership Council, an honor only given to those who are nominated by their peers. Six months into my career, I was nominated for the Eagle Award, which is one of the highest awards for any real estate agent. I was also welcomed into the KW President's Circle in 2017, and from the start has been in the top three in individual volume, listings, and closed units for KW the Woodlands and Magnolia. In 2018, I was No. 1 in closed units, which is yet another major milestone. In early 2020 I made an exciting and big change to move my team to RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring which within their first two years at RE/MAX they've accomplished Texas Top 500 in both 2020 and 2021, and was also awarded Platinum Club in 2020. I continue to grow my team and have expanded into Austin and Dallas Texas.
