Hi, I am Susan Holcomb, I am the mother of two and grandmother, the best job yet, of 4. I also have two dogs, a large mixed breed who looks like a guard dog but he is the biggest baby, and a small schnoodle, both are rescues. In my spare time I foster homeless dogs/puppies for a group called Friends of Faye. I have lived in Montgomery county since 2003 and love it here. I have also lived in Laredo,Texas, Huntsville, Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Dallas,Texas Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Jakarta, Indonesia. I am a native Texan. I enjoy travel and cooking and am a reader of mysteries, and spending time with my grandchildren, they grow up too fast. My goal in real estate is to give you the best experience possible.

Stephanie has set up roots here in Texas for the past 12 years, after living in different states as well as overseas. She knows how challenging it is to move and how important it is to find the right home. Her experience growing up in a military family taught her how to adapt quicker and the need for support when moving. She used these lessons when she started moving around with her own family. She has carried this knowledge over to her real estate business when helping clients.



Stephanie attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University where she earned her BS in Criminal Justice. Some of her previous jobs have included the Stafford County Public Schools and the Department of State while living overseas in Panama.

After moving around with my family as a military brat and then moving my own family around, I am now settled in and proud to call Texas my home. Moving within the United States and abroad has helped give me the ability to successfully adapt to any situation. Before moving to Texas, I graduated with a bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University. After graduating, I worked as an asset protection executive for 5 years where I went back to school to pick up courses in economics and history. My husband’s job took us overseas to central America where I had the opportunity to work for the State Department. While overseas, we lived in Panama and Guatemala where I learned about different cultures and had many memorable experiences exploring what each country had to offer. After returning to the United States, I worked for 3 years as a substitute teacher in Virginia. Our journey to Texas was almost there, as we made Louisiana our home for about a year.

As a mom of 4 kids, I understand the process it takes to move a family while maintaining a happy home. Buying or selling your home takes work.
