I've lived in The Woodlands/Spring area the past 9 years and prior to that in the Galleria, Memorial and Sugar Land. So my expertise spans across multiple areas of Houston.

My husband was an officer in the Marine Corp and my nephew is currently in the Navy so I am passionate about serving those who've served and educating them about VA home loan benefits.

Prior to real estate, I spent 20+ years in corporate, most of which was with ExxonMobil. My job roles in Knowledge Management, Recruiting and IT required me to be detailed oriented and tech savvy as well as have great negotiating and communication. These experiences have provided me with valuable and transferrable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing my client's listings.

In my free time, you'll often find me volunteering in the community, traveling and enjoying time with my friends and family, especially my loving husband and adorable Yellow Labrador, Emmie.

I relocated to Cypress, Texas from St. Paul, Minnesota with my husband and our 4 cats in 2017 to be near the ocean and enjoy balmier weather. I love exploring Houston and the beautiful neighborhoods that surround the city. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked for 15+ years in the payroll industry which means I am no stranger to staying organized with paperwork or keeping up with changing laws and regulations. I enjoy being able to bring my experience in relocating to others moving to our vibrant city. Denise started real estate business in 2003 working in pre-construction sales of luxury beachfront condominiums in Galveston. New-construction sales with MHI, in Shady Acres, Towne Lake and Bridgeland. She quickly realized that her true interest is helping buyers in finding or building their dream home!

With over 37 years in real estate, I have been involved in many, many transactions. I moved to Houston just married in 1979 and began working with a new home builder, then learning the closing side of the business working for a local title company. I then tried the commercial side of real estate but quickly found my heart was really working with people; finding them the home they dreamed of was part of the fun. In residential home sales, I have experienced all types of transactions and continuously train in all aspects of the real estate industry to stay up-to-date.
