I'm Pam, a Texas licensed real estate agent in the Northeast Houston area. I truly believe that a home is where your dog (or cat) is. My goal is to create an easy and enjoyable experience by educating you on the process of purchasing or selling a home with your animals in mind so you can celebrate this milestone in your life with confidence. I understand the challenges pet owners face when buying, selling, renting or moving, and there's nothing I love more than finding the perfect home for you and your pets to enjoy. As a realtor, I'm determined to provide the education that is necessary to those starting their home buying or selling adventure when they have to consider the needs of their pet. To me, there's nothing wrong with putting the needs of your furry friends at the top of your list when shopping for a home!

Throughout my life, I have owned many dogs and cats. MY REAL ESTATE JOURNEY
I am currently a realtor with Realty Associates. Having lived in Kingwood since 1977, my knowledge of the community in which we live and work is expansive and I consider myself to be an expert of the area.
My love for homes started long before my personal career in real estate. As a child, I always enjoyed redecorating my mother's and grandmother's homes. When I was a teen, my mom worked as a realtor (she actually just retired this year). I'd help her with little tasks and slowly started to understand the process. A few years went by and real estate once again sparked my interest. I fell in love with the home building and home buying experience, so it was not long after when I decided to sell homes for homebuilders. I've also had a long-time interested in staging homes, which requires a keen eye for interior design and a knowledge of what makes homes sell. With my background in selling homes, an understanding of what appeals to buyers and a passion for small business, I figured a career in real estate would be a great fit.

I worked as a licensed real estate agent in the states of Tennessee and Texas until my husband and I started our family. I then made the decision to stay home to care for our three children. When our youngest graduated from high school, I realized my love for homes never left me and I decided to get my license to begin practicing again.

OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE My other interests include: spending time and traveling to visit family and friends, playing and cuddling with my black and yellow Labrador Retrievers, Domino and Fanta, all things DIY and home improvement, baseball (specifically watching my youngest son play college ball), and learning about my heritage and genealogy.

For 15 years I owned a landscape design firm and was able to create everything from curb appeal for that new listing to award winning backyard oasis'. During that time I was privileged to work with custom home builders and interior designers developing style specific homes presented at the Showcase of Homes. This naturally led the way to helping people envision how a home can be transformed through cosmetic changes or remodeling or adding special features during the new build process. I am a visionary and love helping people find or design a home that speaks to their lifestyle!

During my coaching career, I honed in on fundamental skills needed to play the game and the intangibles like character, attitude and discipline to unlock those skills. As I transitioned to real estate, I began helping colleagues within my coaching network, and built my fundamental principles in real estate.

Staci Loftus was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Texas in 2007, where she has been a resident of The Woodlands since that time. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. Staci enjoys being a real estate agent because it provides her the opportunity to help friends and family pursue their dreams with real estate. What Staci loves most about real estate is the community she lives in and the ability of real estate to help you reach your goals. The Houston area is such a vibrant and family friendly place to be able to call your home, but also invest securely in. Staci has always been interested in real estate and getting her license has helped her and her husband continue to build their real estate business while helping others reach their real estate goals as well. Wether that is finding investment opportunities, relocating or buying your first home. Before Staci became a real estate agent she was a teacher. She worked as a middle school teacher in Philadelphia and New Jersey before moving and teaching in Texas. Staci loved being a teacher because of the relationships, educating and guidance that was implemented in the classroom. These qualities were imperative to being a successful teacher and Staci feels these same qualities are imperative to being a good realtor as well. Building relationships, providing guidance and being educated as much as you can about the communities, process and opportunities in real estate are her goals for all her clients. Being a teacher was a rewarding profession until Staci took time off to focus on her family. Staci and her husband have three children who have been born and raised in The Woodlands. The kids keep everyone busy with sports and their interests. As a family they all love to travel, especially on RV trips, spend time at the lake and play games together.

Born and raised in Texas, I have called Houston home since 1995. I graduated from The University of Houston in 1998. I immediately began my career in the field of early childhood education. For 25 years, I helped build & lead an education company that grew to partner with hundreds of schools and organizations in Houston and the surrounding areas. In 2018, I moved to The Woodlands with my two amazing kids. Living in The Woodlands inspired me to expand my careers goals into the world of real estate. He also owns and operates a gun smith shop where he builds custom rifles. Together they own and operate a cattle/hay ranch between Henderson and Kilgore.
