As a licensed trilingual Real Estate professional, I excel in representing my clients' best interests, whether they are seeking their dream home or making a strategic investment. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in Finance, and also an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio. I started my career working for large corporations, including the oil and gas industry, but after a certain time, I chose to invest in my entrepreneurial spirit, establishing a successful spa chain in Brazil. My diverse experiences also include becoming a Life & Business Coach. Life's exciting transitions led me internationally, following my husband's career, and since 2019, Texas has been my home. Viewing the city through the eyes of a newcomer, I deeply understand the importance of finding the perfect home. After working for an investor as an employee for three years and having the opportunity to support his real estate transactions and property management, I decided it was time to get my realestatelicense. Driven by a passion for helping others and creating opportunities, I approach each transaction as if it were my own. Calvin, a southern California native, has always had a passion for Real Estate, but he was never able to pursue the career full time because of the demands of being a small business owner. When the opportunity became available to sell his business and move to Texas, he seized it! Cavin has an extensive background in renovations and project management, and he can turn a fixer-upper into the nicest home on the block! This ability, coupled with a passion for learning all aspects about Houston's area real estate, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing his listings. Calvin brings over 10 years of experience in real estate where he provides excellent customer service, and a commitment to diligently work, listen, and follow through for every client. He provides quality service to build relationships, and more importantly, he maintains those relationships with effective communication. As a Real estate agent, Calvin's first priority is to make his clients happy. Calvin listens to his clients' wants and needs in order to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him any time of day when they have a question or a concern. Calvin's knowledge of this region, and his experiences of relocating to Houston, have given him both the enthusiasm and the desire to make his home, your home.

When top-listing and selling agent Glenda became a Realtor in 1976, she thought she was taking on a part-time job while her oldest son was in school. It didn't take her long to figure out that real estate is a full-time job, and one she excelled at. She says, I enjoy working with people, not paperwork!

Key to Glenda’s success is her knowledge and expertise. In addition to earning her Broker’s license early in her career, she continues to study her industry to stay on-top of her business and The Woodlands and Houston markets.

Glenda listens first. She knows that stopping to appreciate what her clients are asking for will provide her with the best tools for meeting their needs. She is empathetic, caring and strives to stay level-headed, which she admits can be hard at times, but it has proven time and again the way to successfully navigate transactions.

In addition to her business partner, Kevin, she is the mother to another son, Keith, and a grandmother to four girls. Glenda enjoys spending time reading, traveling, socializing with friends, and spending time with family. Glenda and her late husband Glenn enjoyed road-tripping in national and state parks indulging in hiking and taking in the outdoors.

Glenda knows that every chance she has to work with new and different people enhances her life. She stays very involved in her community at church previously as a council member and now a member of the personnel committee. Glenda is active in local political groups with a focus on women's and LGBTQIA+ rights. Glenda is a proud sponsor of The Woodlands Pride.
