Here's a little bit about us: We are a real estate team that will work tirelessly to promote your best interest. Between us, we have 2 daughters, 2 sons, 2 sons-in-law and 1 granddaughter. We enjoy hunting, fishing and traveling. Tina was born in Louisiana, raised in Fort Worth and moved to East Texas in 2010 with her husband, Jeff. She worked for Kenneth Copeland Ministries for 10 years in the Television department. She graduated from Jerry Savelle's School of World Evangelism in 1995 and has been in sales for more than 20+ years. Before getting into real estate, Tina worked for two erosion control companies before starting her own business in 2009 where she owned and operated Alpha Erosion Products until selling in 2017. Jeff was born and raised in Henderson, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M in 1985 with an environmental degree. He worked as a taxidermist while in college and after graduating, worked for TXU coal mine in the reclamation department for 20+ years. Jeff then started H.A.T. Environmental Services where he installed erosion control products. Jeff has more than 45 years of farm and ranch experience, which makes him an asset to anyone looking to purchase large ranches. He also owns and operates a gun smith shop where he builds custom rifles. Together they own and operate a cattle/hay ranch between Henderson and Kilgore. We serve all of East Texas and nothing is more exciting than the gratifying feeling we get from helping people meet their real estate needs. You can count on us!

As they say, all start in the family, all is learned in the family. Being daughter of a builder/developer, my childhood memories are all about buildings, floor plans, construction materials, clients and deals.

And that is what I learned in the family and that is how I became a realtor. My formal education followed a path from Political Sciences to International Relations (BA) and then to Public Policy (MA). Early in my professional career, I got into marketing construction materials in international markets. I worked with clients across the world ranging from Taiwan to USA/CANADA, South Africa to Russia, Middle East to Mediterranean countries to Europe. In the meantime, my fortunes took me around. I lived in Sherborne, Oxford, Essex for a short time. I was in New York a couple of years. I enjoyed Iowa more than 20 years and Iowa is where I started real estate. I am a resident of Houston area since 2008 and practicing in The Woodlands, Klein, Spring, Conroe and the surrounding areas.

In this line of work, nothing beats seeing the happiness of the clients in buying their dream homes or selling their major investment in smooth transaction and knowing that I had a role in it. As a full time real estate agent with more than 10 years of experience, I came to know that this is what counts at the end. And what is the most important is: Real Estate with Happy Smiles !

Jay Mac received his BA in Political Science with an emphasis in Real Estate from Baylor University. After graduation he worked in Washington DC for 2 United States Senators and a Fortune 500 Utility Company in their Federal Governmental Affairs Dept.

I am married to Kristin Lee Sanders, whom I met at Baylor. We live in The Woodlands Village of Panther Creek with our 5 wonderful kids (girl,boy,girl,identical twin boys). I office in the same building with my wife in The Woodlands where she is a Financial Advisor/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Ameriprise Financial.

I was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas where my parents recently relocated from to The Woodlands. I loves to play golf (don't get to very often), tennis (really don't get to very often), and most of all spend time with his family doing whatever the kids want to do. The family attends Crossroad Baptist Church where we are involved in Sunday School and the Childrens Program.  We've been blessed to serve our community, church, and school (The Woodlands Christian Academy) in many ways over the years.
