Born and raised in North Houston. Wife for 30+ years to the love of my life, mother to two handsome young men, and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters. I love this city, concrete - trees - lakes - bayous - history! For 15 years I owned a landscape design firm and was able to create everything from curb appeal for that new listing to award winning backyard oasis'. During that time I was privileged to work with custom home builders and interior designers developing style specific homes presented at the Showcase of Homes. This naturally led the way to helping people envision how a home can be transformed through cosmetic changes or remodeling or adding special features during the new build process. I am a visionary and love helping people find or design a home that speaks to their lifestyle!

Wendy was born in Mexico City. She and her husband moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2000 and because of her husband's jobs, they have been relocated several times throughout the years; Wendy is very familiar with relocation processes. Their last relocation from Wilmington, NC to The Woodlands, TX represented an excellent move personally and professionally. Wendy immensely enjoys being active with her family. Family, friends and clients are very important to her. As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, She has always brought energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge into every sale and purchase process. Her business comes from the support of friends, family and clients. With Bachelor of Science and Music Education degrees and a Master of Music in cello performance, Dan acquired skills in a successful career as a master educator and professional cellist that align perfectly with his work in real estate. Clark is an independent agent with Homesmart who has been selling real estate for over 10 years. Upon graduation from Angelo State University in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Finance and Real Estate minor, Clark got his license and has been selling real estate full-time ever since.



Clark prides himself on excellent communication with his clients, a modern marketing strategy with emphasis on social media, and a constant problem-solving approach in the world of real estate. The typical 'salesman' approach does not compare to genuine relationship building with clients. Clark's real estate business is referral based so keeping in touch with past clients and making sure the experience throughout the real estate transaction is outstanding is pivotal.

I am a native Houstonian and I grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Sam Houston State University, I moved to Houston and began a 19 year sales and marketing career. During this time I gained extensive market knowledge of the Houston inner loop, Houston Heights, Galleria, Memorial, River Oaks, Upper Kirby, The Woodlands and Spring areas. This experience was the perfect segue to my next career path. Shortly after, I began working for a real estate developer and became a licensed realtor. My passion for real estate grew from there.

I enjoy meeting new people, building long lasting relationships and helping guide my clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives. I believe the most important thing a real estate agent can bring to their clients is market expertise, stellar communication and a strong work ethic.

In my free time I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I am also a runner and a yoga enthusiast.

Ret (short for Loretta) has been a resident of South Montgomery County, Texas for 40 years.  Raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Ret likes the saying, "I'm not a native Texan, but I got here as soon as I could!"

Ret and her husband/assistant, John, have four adult children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. They understand and appreciate the needs of individuals seeking a functional family home, retirees looking to downsize, as well as first-time homebuyers anxious about taking the next step.
