I am thrilled to be a Real Estate agent. I was born and raised in Texas. Before going to college, I worked at the local Country Club restaurant and I owned my own business teaching private swimming lessons for seven years which helped me pay for college. I received an Associates degree from Blinn Junior College, then went on to graduate from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Management. After college, I joined a Benefits Outsourcing company in The Woodlands and remained there for over 17 years with a focus on Health & Welfare. I managed many team members and supported clients who had 4,500 employees to over 100,000 employees. I developed stronger communication, organization and management skills managing a variety of projects simultaneously. These skills which I grew will be very beneficial as I grow my Real Estate business. My husband and I also have investment properties currently in The Woodlands which we have managed for over 13 years. My children attend school in The Woodlands and are active in a variety of activities. I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, playing the piano, and traveling. I moved to Houston in the mid 90's after serving in the Marines, and I spent the next 25 years working within the International Logistics industry. This gave me the opportunity to work with clients all over the Gulf Coast region, many here in the greater Houston area. While visiting clients I was able to enjoy some exposure to the many different neighborhoods and cultures Houston has to offer. We chose The Woodlands as our home and we raised our son here. Experience has taught me that it is important to enjoy a proper work/life balance. Some of my favorite hobbies include gardening and growing plants/flowers for the native wildlife; golfing at any of the local courses; traveling with my bride to meet new people and see new places; and working with local charity drives such as the Light the Night Walk for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
