Nhi Whitehead is a practicing attorney with experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She obtained her real estate license to manage her family's real estate portfolio and help others in their home buying journey. Nhi's legal background provides Bing Daniel Realty's clients with a unique and valuable perspective.

A Dallas-area native, Nhi moved to Houston for law school and has stayed in the area since. Having set down roots in The Woodlands for her young family and being heavily involved in the community, Nhi knows the The Woodlands and the surrounding area extremely well and can help clients find the perfect home - be it their first home, an investment property, or their dream home.

Nhi received her B.A. in Economics from Baylor University. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Nhi is conversant in Vietnamese.

Julia, a long-time Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston with a Business degree, professional career started in commercial property management and after starting her family with Keith, her husband of 30+ years, served her Church as an accountant and pre-school teacher. In addition, Julia has been a business franchise owner, active volunteer with her daughter, Mari Clair, in the Northwest Houston Sugar Plumb Cotillion and National Charity League and active in her community's Women's and Garden Clubs. Julia is a results-driven Agent that has lived in several stylish areas of Houston, including Champions, Champion Forest, the Heights and Memorial. Combining her knowledge of Houston and nearby areas including the Woodlands and Conroe, Julia provides our Clients comprehensive insights into real estate opportunities and fast paced trends in the greater Houston area. Julia also enjoys bringing her talents and passions to the game as well. In her experience listening to her clients and negotiating on their behalf is as important as providing insight to the beauty and potential of each property, each being critical part of a successful engagement.
