After earning recognition as a capable agent early in her career, she built a real estate company that grossed $180M, which she successfully sold to a top independent brokerage in Texas in 2011. In 2013, she founded the Haley Garcia Group as a Owner/Broker, with locations in Houston and The Woodlands, growing it into a team of highly skilled real estate professionals that continually closes over $100 million annually.

In 2024, Haley expanded her vision with the launch of GR Property Group, an extension of her existing real estate team to the Conroe, Willis, New Waverly and Huntsville markets, aimed at providing comprehensive real estate solutions in these areas. This new expansion will provide enhanced marketing to all sellers in these areas which also include the new acreage estate communities in the Grand Ranches alongside many custom builders.

I am also a part of The National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as an 11 year Texas educator. My inspiration for real estate came after I realized I could achieve the goal of home ownership! I was a single mother on public assistance, and wanted a change for my family. I have a strong sense of community and believe in giving back--I volunteer with several local charities like Judy's Mission and MDAnderson Cancer Center as well as my children's schools and our church.

Originally from the Alvin/Pearland area, I now live in Spring, Texas with my husband, 3 kids and our rescue dog Elmo. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy cheering my kids on at their sporting events and boating on Lake Conroe.

Jay Mac received his BA in Political Science with an emphasis in Real Estate from Baylor University. After graduation he worked in Washington DC for 2 United States Senators and a Fortune 500 Utility Company in their Federal Governmental Affairs Dept.

I am married to Kristin Lee Sanders, whom I met at Baylor. We live in The Woodlands Village of Panther Creek with our 5 wonderful kids (girl,boy,girl,identical twin boys). I office in the same building with my wife in The Woodlands where she is a Financial Advisor/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Ameriprise Financial.

I was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas where my parents recently relocated from to The Woodlands. I loves to play golf (don't get to very often), tennis (really don't get to very often), and most of all spend time with his family doing whatever the kids want to do. The family attends Crossroad Baptist Church where we are involved in Sunday School and the Childrens Program.  We've been blessed to serve our community, church, and school (The Woodlands Christian Academy) in many ways over the years.
