Hi! My name is Matt Compton and I am a Real Estate Agent at CB&A, Realtors in Houston, Texas. After living in Dallas most of my life I relocated to Houston in 2014. During my real estate career in Houston I have been fortunate to work with outstanding clients, agents, builders and service providers. Originally from Tulsa, Leslie Nicholls is the daughter of a world respected Orthodontist/Inventor and his wife, a renowned Interior Designer and Restauranteur. Heavily influence by their accomplishments, Leslie followed her dreams by starting an International Orthodontic Laboratory at the age of 21.

She traveled the country and world teaching Orthodontists how to use her patented technique. Influenced by her parents, she had always had a love for Design. Growing up, many of their family homes were featured in Bon Appetit, Country Home and Garden, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Living, and Oklahoma Home and Garden.

After 8 years in Orthodontics, Leslie sold her Lab and moved to Aspen, CO where she was the Design Coordinator and Business Administrator for a top Interior Designer. She went on to study Interior Design at Guildhall University's School of Design in England. After a few years in the Design World, she was accepted to UMKC School of Dentistry where she was the Vice President of her Dental Class.

In 1997, her husband was relocated, and they moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she became a Realtor and worked for the top boutique Real Estate firm in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. After honing her skills in one of the toughest international/Vacation markets in the country, she moved to Houston, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Leslie knows Houston! Leslie has always had a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the best at everything that she endeavors. She strives for perfection in all things and has a strong work ethic, which she has used extensively in her 21-year career in Real Estate. She has been a Top Producer many times in her career, awarded Hall of Fame and Most Outgoing Referrals.

Because of her hands-on approach and tenacity to help all of her clients achieve their goals, she exceeds expectations. Her skills in Corporate, Design and Real Estate allow her to offer her clients a higher level of service. She often stages Seller's homes so that they obtain the maximum price in the least amount of time. With Buyers, she listens intently to their wants and needs and helps them find the perfect match for their dreams. She also helps them to see beyond the walls of homes needing changes, that might not otherwise be considered. She is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Real Estate Negotiations Expert. These two Certifications have provided a dramatic benefit to her Buyers and Sellers.

A lifelong Equestrian, she loves spending time with her horse, Farandole. Because of her background in the Hunter/Jumper world, she knows and loves to sell horse property. A love of Art, which she started at age 4, trained her mind to see things with dimension and depth. Leslie turned her artistic expression to music when she was 30 and went on to be a Vocalist/Soloist in the Spanish Choir at her church. She was a member of the Kansas City Songwriters Circle and founded the Ft. Lauderdale Songwriters Circle, which helped many young and old musicians find the courage to write and perform in front of people. Leslie and her husband have 5 kids, 4 have graduated and the last one is in college.

Nelly Antimo has diverse cultural background, she was born in the U.S. but raised in both countries, Mexico and The United States. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a strong background in Marketing, consumer insight and advertising, real estate and Property Management. After graduating from Texas State University, Stephanie moved to New York City and worked at The Related Companies, the largest privately owned real estate development company in the country. This is where Stephanie received the most valuable real estate experience, working alongside the executive management team for the world-renowned Hudson Yards and Equinox Hotel Developments. After five amazing years in New York City, Stephanie moved back to the great state of Texas to be closer to her family.

Raised in The Woodlands since 1992, Stephanie understands the numerous benefits of life in "the bubble", with its lush, natural landscape, award-winning schools, upscale dining and shopping, energetic nightlife and unmatched entertainment venues. Stephanie has a passion for interior design, architecture, new construction and most importantly: a desire for helping people, which is why she was ultimately called to pursue a career in residential real estate.
