I was born and grew up in the Houston area and spent my summers vacationing with my family, learning new hobbies, and helping around the house. Just after my sophomore year at Houston Technical Institute, I began working at a prominent oil and gas company during the summer and then through the rest of my high school days, Being in Vocational Office Education opened many doors in the industry. I was the Supervisor of Office and Facilities Services for about 20 years. In 2004, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to follow my heart. I went back to school to study for my Real Estate Salesperson license and joined Realty Associates soon after. With my background in facilities, which included construction, and my husband in the construction field, we were successful in flipping properties during the recession. We purchased and sold many homes throughout the years. Not ever forgetting the challenges of buying or selling a home, I love helping buyers and sellers alike throughout the process and goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible and will be an asset to both.

Growing up in the Northwest Houston area, Donald "DT" Thomson has first-hand experience with many of the areas that he sells real estate in. Donald is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Marketing in 2005 and went on to earn his master's degree in Sports Management in 2007. After gaining valuable sales, marketing, and management experience in the sports-business industry, Donald turned his focus and passions into Real Estate. He helps clients of all ages and stages of life, and earned the "Senior Real Estate Specialist" (SRES) Designation in 2021 as an expert in working with Senior clients. Donald attributes his success in real estate to his strong Christian faith along with the support from his family including his wife, Xanath, and two children, Julius and Xarlet. She also has a great interest in new construction, and her new homeowners always appreciate her attention to detail as she works with them throughout the construction process. For international clients, Laura is often their eyes and ears when they are away. She also has extensive experience with buyers relocating to the area.

When listing homes for sale, Laura gives her clients extra special attention. As a certified stager, she personally stages each of her client's homes for sale. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, retail sales, ministry and event planning, Laura is a natural in customer satisfaction. She began her career with ExxonMobil in marketing, but her love of people and her desire to make a positive difference drew her into full-time ministry at Second Baptist Church of Houston. Laura acted as Special Events Coordinator, produced and co-hosted the Christian radio show "Single Connection" and directed one of the largest Women's Ministries in the nation. After moving with her family to the Woodlands, she turned her attention to real estate.

Laura was always an active volunteer in the girls' school and extracurricular activities. From PTO fundraising to her most recent position as The Woodlands High School Swim & Dive team booster club Board President, she has broad exposure to the heartbeat of her community.

Laura's big personality, commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, integrity and passion for people shine through in all that she does. She is married to Frank Wright and together they form what he lovingly refers to as a house divided; Laura is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, while Frank graduated from her rival school, Texas A&M University. Married almost 30 years, they are the proud parents of three lovely daughters. With two Aggies and one Longhorn, they happily maintain their house divided.

I earned my professional license in July 2015 and started her new venture at Keller Williams, The Woodlands and Magnolia in August 2015. In my first year, I came out swinging. I was the KW the Woodlands and Magnolia 2016 "Rookie of the Year," and was invited to the Agency Leadership Council, an honor only given to those who are nominated by their peers. Six months into my career, I was nominated for the Eagle Award, which is one of the highest awards for any real estate agent. I was also welcomed into the KW President's Circle in 2017, and from the start has been in the top three in individual volume, listings, and closed units for KW the Woodlands and Magnolia. In 2018, I was No. 1 in closed units, which is yet another major milestone. In early 2020 I made an exciting and big change to move my team to RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring which within their first two years at RE/MAX they've accomplished Texas Top 500 in both 2020 and 2021, and was also awarded Platinum Club in 2020. I continue to grow my team and have expanded into Austin and Dallas Texas.
