Having spent a significant period of time as a successful detail-oriented executive assistant, I made the transition to licensed Realtor in 2005 in Lansing, Michigan where I served both buyers and sellers, acted as property management for several multi-unit apartment complexes and privately owned properties, and assisted the broker/builder in the various tasks associated with bringing "new builds' to market. After relocating to Texas, I remained on the periphery of the industry as an unlicensed assistant in the field while also working in the educational system as I focused with my husband on raising a family. With our children grown, I am getting back into the game and am now able to devote myself fully to the needs and desires of my clients. I bring my considerable experience and attention to detail to bear on the task of ensuring my clients receive the quality, luxury experience they deserve in the pursuit of their real estate dreams.

Having a Mother who is a real estate Broker and investor gave Evie an early exposure and appreciation for becoming a Realtor. Evie is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Spring area. While attending University of St. Thomas, Evie moved into The Heights and has stayed in the area for the great lifestyle it offers.  She has experienced first hand the growth and changes the neighborhood has gone through. Evie is analytically inclined, especially when it comes to real estate. She has remodeled and sold several investment houses, and knows the importance of creating strong ROI. Her knowledge of transitioning areas and specific nuances of neighborhoods proves to be extremely beneficial to her clients. Evie's ten years in the hospitality industry has given her an extreme appreciation for top notch customer service and the rewards of building a strong referral-based business. When she is not listing or showing homes, Evie spends every minute she can with her growing toddler daughter. Evie is a huge animal advocate and works with rescue groups. Her family includes two Husky rescues. Her fluency in both English and Spanish allow her to serve as a bilingual Realtor.

Courtney Jasper is committed to serving the needs of her clients and community around her. For the past 16 years , she has lived, worked, and raised children in the Houston area and currently calls Montgomery home.  Her dedication to bettering the lives of those around her severs as a daily motivation and is clear when you get to know her that she cares deeply about her clients. Prior to her real estate career, Courtney ran a local bakery and spent her days helping customers, managing employees, taking inventory, and of corse, decorating cakes!  Throughout her entire career her absolute passion was customer service. She loved helping customer find what they were looking for and thrived on making them happy.  While she enjoyed working at the bakery, she'd always harbored an interest in real estate and knew that her extensive understanding of the community/school systems. coupled with a strong desire to help other would make her an excellent realtor.   Today, Courtney has the privilege of serving a wide range of clients with various needs and couldn't be happier.  She keeps the clients best interest in mind and works tirelessly to produce results from start to finish.
