The foundation of my real estate career has been reinforced by my previous experience servicing and selling to buyers in the fine jewelry industry. It is in this sales arena that I learned the definition of customer service. I discovered that, when selling a product that was readily available elsewhere, I had to distinguish myself from other salespeople in the same business.
And, this philosophy is so much more important when representing buyers and sellers in one of the largest transactions of their lives! I strive to exceed my clients' expectations through anticipating their needs, asking questions, answering phone calls and e-mails, and making myself available throughout the complex process of buying and selling real estate.
