Although born into a real estate family in Santa Barbara, California, Terrell has been a resident of Houston more than thirty years. He has extensive knowledge of the area, and its market trends and changes that have occurred over three decades. Terrell has been a property owner and investor in all of his areas of specialization such as West University, Bellaire, River Oaks, Montrose, the Heights and Rice Military/Camp Logan. Terrell also has significant experience in the Memorial area, Katy and The Woodlands.
