Jennifer Price Bates, native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan, has deep roots in our beloved city. She has been associated with real estate her whole life watching her father work in the business since she was a child. Jennifer always knew that one day she would follow in her father's footsteps.

Jennifer was recognized as Greenwood King's Top Producer of 2020 and 2021 and Rookie of the Year her first year of business. As well she was also honored as a Top Producer Club Member in 2014. Jennifer and her husband Matt have lived in Wilchester for almost 20 years proudly raising their two daughters in the SBISD schools. After graduating Stratford HS, Lindsay graduated from Wright State University earning a BFA in Musical Theatre and Hailey is a rising Sophomore at the University of Georgia pursuing BBA in Accounting and Finance. Along with their Corgi, she enjoys playing tennis, volunteering and being with family and friends.
