Khan’s passion was ignited back in 1987 when he had envisioned a career in Travel & Tourism, but that changed after he and Jenny (wife) purchased a fixer upper house. Thanks to the broker who helped them, Khan became fascinated with the entire process. In 1999 he decided to become a real estate Investor Purchased and Sale Home. In his portfolio he did many Commercial, Retail, office Professional Building, Apartment Complex, Driving Range, Cell Towers complete all Transaction successfully.
Success meant thinking outside the box and exploring non-traditional, alternative financing solutions. He Joined 2005 Chase Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer and follow up at Wells Fargo Bank with combined 7 year banking experience. Before long Khan became an expert at “Alternative Financing and Purchasing.” He became adept at finding special loan programs and in setting up lease options and equity share agreements, as well as land trusts.
His attitude and willingness to assist has helped him create relationships within the real estate community that lead to cooperation and smooth transactions with cooperating Brokers. In the years in the real estate market has had its challenges. Born into a Zoroastrian family in Karachi, Pakistan, Ron graduated from the University of Karachi with a Bachelor of Science degree. He worked for Trans Mediterranean Airways before his family emigrated to the United States and Houston in 1985.
When not working, Ron works to help sponsor community events. He loves to travel, especially on cruise vacations. Ron and his wife of 37 years have one son and a grandson who lives in Austin.
Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back.
