She has spent more than a decade on making dreams come true for families just like yours.

Monica Wilhelm began her career in real estate in 2005 after attending the University of St. Thomas and the University of Houston. In her first year, she dedicated most of her time in commercial real estate then acquired a passion for residential. In 2007 just two years later, she completed the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commission and became a Broker. She is a devoted mother of one and her other devotion is her company. In 2012, she ventured into the Investment sector and has since remodeled countless properties that she has flipped and held on to for her rental portfolio.

Being a real estate agent means going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my client(s) receive top-notch, high quality service, along with knowing that I will be there with them every step of the way, as they pursue the American dream of home ownership, the selling of their home or leasing/renting a home or apartment. Roy LeMelle graduated from Yates High School, attended Texas Southern, until he went into the Air Force. He is a Veteran. He retired from the Department of Defense, Vandenberg Air Force Base. He relocated to Southern California and obtained his real estate license and also passed the USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). Roy LeMelle also did property management in Southern California. He eventually returned to Houston and obtained his real estate license in Texas.

Taresa rejoined the Real Estate Professional community in April of 2015 having been a licensed agent from 1991 to 1995 and returned in 2015 after a successful career as a Controller, CPA, Accounting Software Consultant and IT Professional. Taresa has achieved the prestigious GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) Designation, Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR®), the Accredited Staging Professional® Designation, the TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) Designation and the NHC (New Home Construction - Buyer Representative) Designation and the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), the ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) Designation.
Most recently I have added the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation. Taresa grew up in the Real Estate business. Her dad, his dad, and his brothers were all home builders. She and her husband have invested in Real Estate in the Houston, Texas area for many years. They have owned Apartments, and Rental properties, and have flipped houses as investors. Hence, She has years of experience on both sides of Real Estate transactions.
