I got my bachelor degree of Architecture in China and had worked for a top real estate developer in China for about 8 years. Then I came to the States and studied in Virginia Tech. There I took courses not only on my major, Urban Planning, but also on landscape, horticulture, and GIS. All these training make me enjoy beauty of mother nature, human society, and abstract numbers and data better.

I am very good at data analysis and have strong passion at real estate and horticulture. Even before I obtained my Realtor license, I purchased and rent properties with other realtors. I am very detail oriented and care relationships with people more than the profits I can earn.

During my leisure time, I love spending time with my wife and kids, growing flowers and herbs, doing small DIY projects, or simply enjoying life I build with my hands. I like water. My favorite flower is lotus and water lily. I built ponds and aquaponics by myself. If you like water garden as well, please feel free to give me a holler and we can share our common interest.

Haley Urquhart learned from the best. After graduating cum laude from Texas A & M University, she aimed for a real estate career and worked for several years as a licensed Realtor-Assistant for top producing agents at Greenwood King Properties. At GK, Haley experienced first-hand the demands, challenges and rewards being a Realtor brings, learned to handle it all with grace and humor, and fast-tracked a successful career as an agent with the company.

Haley has an established network of clients and friends who send her welcome referral business. Outgoing, personable and a good listener, she assists clients in all price ranges in neighborhoods across Houston. She enjoys working with first-time homebuyers with no real estate experience to seasoned empty nesters and everyone in between. She gives every transaction her all, has a never-quit attitude, and when she starts something, she sees it through to the end.

Community commitments are important to Haley. A short list of her volunteer activities includes The Junior League of Houston, Texas Children's Hospital Champions for Children, Child Advocates and The Story Houston.

In addition to volunteering her time, Haley has a deep passion for the culinary arts and graduated from a culinary school in New York City. Paulina, was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador. During her college years, she studied Human Resources Management in Ecuador. Later, she moved to Houston and currently lives here for more than 20 years, she is bilingual  (English and Spanish).   Throughout her life in Houston, she worked in many areas, however she always had a strong interest in real estate and developed a huge passion for it. She is certainly interested in home design as well, because it depicts her creative style and ideas. Which is why as a person who is always involved with working in person with her clients, she would always value the client's opinions and would always be open to give ideas and advice about design or real estate in general. Therefore, with her skilled outgoing personality she decided to become a Real Estate Agent.   Now she manages her business usually based on referrals from her most satisfied clients.
