Through good markets and markets when the average mortgage rates were 18%, through all that with some outside the box thinking there was always a creative way to make money in real estate. Today's market is no different. With some creative thinking and good due diligence there are excellent purchases,and good opportunities to sell in today's market. Michael Mamo was born in Harris County and raised in Montgomery County. He was an Owner Operator of 3 Subway Franchises located in Willis, Conroe, and New Waverly. He currently Owns 2 Wireless Zone Franchises, a premium retailer for Verizon Wireless located in Conroe and Bay City. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2007.
