Born in Virginia and raised in Washington, D.C., Marsha graduated from the University of Maryland. Before her career in real estate, she moved to Houston to work for a multi-national corporation. Marsha later founded and was the president of a temporary placement firm for 15 years in north Houston. Always interested in real estate, she purchased her first investment property when she was 25.

When not selling real estate, Marsha enjoys singing in her church choir and teaching Sunday school with her husband. She and her husband, who is from Holland, are the parents of three adopted daughters from China who attend Awty International and The University of Texas at Austin. Marsha is an active volunteer for the Awty International School annual fund drive, the Awty Gala Committee, and Rice University International Students.

As a native Houstonian Casey started his real estate journey early, "I remember going to countless open houses as a kid" his mother was always looking for design ideas and unbeknownst to her those open house visits spurred a love of real estate that turned in to a career. When asked what his favorite parts of his job are, Casey says "I get the most satisfaction from helping first time home buyers, I'm able to teach them skills throughout the process that will be invaluable no matter where they move one day". Casey also finds immense satisfaction in the deals he's been able to secure clients over the years, "I love buyers coming back several years later to sell, they're often amazed by the profits they're able to secure after a short time of ownership, I feel like I've made more of a financial difference
