Last few companies associated with were Bechtel Corp., Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston & Keller Williams Realty Memorial (present association since 1992). Started a new Architectural Corporation to provide Architectural Services. Services include concept development, design development, construction drawing, rendering, animation, digitizing, marketing package, Real Estate development feasibility etc.

Real Estate/Business Brokerage: About 20 years of experience. Started as part time agent in residential real estate while working full time as an Architect/Construction Manager. Decided to work full time in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in 1993. Selected as Chairperson of Commercial Division in Keller Williams Realty Memorial (Houston, TX) by ALC group in 1997. Chairperson’s responsibility was to train Commercial Agents in the company, provide seminars etc. Specialized in industrial leasing and developing, hotel/motels, c-stores, car wash, shopping centers and land development.

Architectural & Construction: 22 years of versatile professional experience in Architectural design, production and Construction Co-ordination/Management. Associated with many Architectural and Construction Companies in New York and Houston, since 1971. Overseas Assignment as Senior Architect in Jubail Township Project, Saudi Arabia. Field of experience includes Health Facilities, Recreational and Institutional Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Structures and Residential designs and Transit System (8 years in Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston, before starting full time as Real Estate Broker in 1993). In 2007 an Architectural Service company was started. Running the corporation as President.
