Nathalie Dave is a real estate expert with a global perspective. Born in Madagascar and raised in Europe, Nathalie began her real estate journey as an investor, acquiring and managing properties on the European continent.

With a background of a Master's Degree in Finance and a former career in Marketing, she honed her skills in market analysis, property valuation, and strategic negotiations.Ex-Parisian in London, now ex-Londoner in Houston, Nathalie brought her expertise and passion for real estate to the Houston market. As a Realtor, she combines her international experience with local knowledge to deliver exceptional results for her clients. She is well versed in local moves and in the moves of transferees to and from destinations all over the world. She lives in Sugar Land, Texas, and before she lived in the Energy Corridor area and Richmond,Texas however the majority of those years, she has spent working in the entire Houston metropolis and surrounding towns.

Some of her favorite areas in which to work are The Heights, Upper Kirby, Lower Kirby, Energy Corridor, Montrose, Cypress, Spring Branch, The Galleria area, Memorial, Midtown, Downtown, EADO, Greenway Plaza, the Med Center, Sugar Land, Richmond, Katy, Missouri City and Fulshear, and absolutely anything around water. These are just some of the many areas she works, and she has fun working them all.

She is a graduate of the University of Houston. When not serving her clients, Andrea spends her time in yoga class, gym, and with her rescue dogs. She is a fifth-generation Texan. Her family has a working cattle ranch in South Texas since the 1800s.

I have been passionate about real estate since my earliest years of growing up in Baton Rouge, LA. I knew that I wanted to help others and found my true calling in this industry by serving clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives
