Sylvia operates her own Insurance Agency. She has been experienced in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Sylvia had a high demand from clients seeking residential housing, which inspired her to launch into Real Estate. Sylvia aids her community through volunteer work and enjoys educating Texans about market knowledge. She's helped many to reach homeownership. Sylvia was ordinarily from Houston and loved the diversity of interesting people and cultures who lived there. As an agent, she sincerely recognizes the value and trusts the client's place in her.

Lindy's hobbies include quilt making, crafting, reading, gardening, cooking, and hunting... for that perfect piece of antique furniture! Lindy is happily married to, and often assisted by, her husband Mike Burnich. They make their home in the Northwest Houston / Cypress area along with a Border Collie mix named Billy and two rescue kitties, Spencer and Josie.

A native Texan, Lynn was born in San Antonio and graduated from UT, Austin. She and her husband, John, also a UT grad, moved to Houston in 1974. Their daughter and son graduated from The Kinkaid School and The University of Texas. Their children continued their education: one receiving her MBA from the Jones School at Rice University and one receiving his MBA from the Freeman School at Tulane University.
Lynn adores the time spent with her four grandchildren, who all attend The Kinkaid School. The boys are active at POLL, a wonderful multi-generational Spring family tradition! They also enjoy their Bolivar beach house, traveling, cooking and entertaining. She is a member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church, The Junior League, Houston Country Club, Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association and River Oaks Garden Club.

She has partnered with Courtney Lawhon Robertson, a proven real estate legend, and her team of outstanding assistants.
