Ces Guerra, is a 33-year resident of Houston, TX currently residing in Tanglewood near the Galleria. His 35 plus years in business provides an excellent foundation for working within the Houston real estate market. Ces is well-equipped to handle the needs of anyone looking to enter the real estate market and has received a number of special designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and Luxury Home Specialist. Ces is originally from New Orleans, LA, has served in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division and graduated from LSU and HBU respectively with his B.A. and MBA. In his spare time, you will find him running at Memorial Park or the Trotter YMCA. He is also an avid cyclist, hiker, & traveler. Annie knows firsthand the uncertainty and opportunity that accompany a major relocation half-way around the globe. Annie earned a BA degree in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University (minor in Tourism Science) and started her professional career as international sales lead for a global supplier of electronic hardware and components. After eight successful years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, working and managing trade shows and hosting corporate events. She has had the opportunity to work with and represent multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the technology, automotive and oil & gas sectors. Annie has spent the last seventeen years in the Houston area and is no stranger to the local real estate market. She can see potential and identifying the updates that make a house a home. She has managed large-scale interior/exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing the vision to reality. Annie also keeps tabs on the local market for potential investment opportunities. Annie's friends and family would say she has a unique style of her own, an eye for design and a big heart.
