Ces Guerra, is a 33-year resident of Houston, TX currently residing in Tanglewood near the Galleria. One of my most rewarding experiences include the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of a client's home purchase at one of my Client Appreciation Events. Another past client who resided in the Soviet Union was planning to return to the US and wanted my help to find their new home.and I did. while they were still in the SU! Yet, one other client simply needed my reassurance and counsel to buy their 2nd home. They said, Felita I need your help, I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing, can you help me. Lastly, the Sellers who tried for 2 months to Sell their home themselves before they asked for my help and the couple whose home sat on the market under a different Broker for over 60 days. I SOLD them both in less than 2 weeks. At the end of the day, the Trust my clients place in me to help them achieve their goals is simply PRICELESS.
