She is known for her integrity, flexibility, and for her knack of making the home buying and selling process a pleasure. To say real estate has always been in Meg’s blood is an understatement. She grew up watching and learning the business from one of the best. Meg is comfortable helping clients in all areas served by Greenwood King, including but not limited to the River Oaks area, Tanglewood, Montrose, West University and the Rice Medical area, the Heights, and all of Memorial.

A native Houstonian, Meg attended St. Anne Catholic School, and graduated from Episcopal High School. From there she went to Syracuse University, earning a degree in English and Textual Studies. After college, Meg worked at the Houston offices of Fulbright & Jaworski, as Manager of Attorney Recruiting & Development. Meg and her husband Philip, a Texas A&M graduate, along with their Belgian Malinois named Luke, live in a historic home in the Heights.

Holly Arian, who describes herself as kind and outgoing with an innate ability to communicate with people, looks forward to working with clients finding their perfect residential home and town home.

As a thirty-year resident of the Memorial area, Holly, who holds both a BS in Business Administration from Kansas University and an MBA in Marketing from Avila University, said her goal is to help her clients make the best decision when searching for their dream home.

Arian, who also has been a Texas Certified Public Accountant since 1996, uses her former experience as a financial analyst as well to assist clients. I have been in sales and marketing as well as financial industry. I am very analytical, and I believe my background will help me to help my clients, said Holly.

A Tehran, Iran native, Arian chose this career to connect with her clients. I love people. Each person is a beautiful book that you can open, read and learn from, she said. In her free time, Arian, who is married with children, enjoys skiing, traveling, tennis and playing piano. Her philosophy is to never give up, work hard, and enjoy life.
