Work ethics are inherited. Lynn is the grandson of emigrants from Ukraine. Emigrated in 1912, his grandparents arrived aboard the Carpatia, one of the ships that rescued the Titanic, before settling in upstate New York. Lynn grew up in a dairy farming family, where you rise at 5:00 a.m., and worked until dusk, seven days a week. Some things never change. Real estate commands the same hours and love of the job if you want to be successful.
