Work ethics are inherited. Lynn is the grandson of emigrants from Ukraine. Emigrated in 1912, his grandparents arrived aboard the Carpatia, one of the ships that rescued the Titanic, before settling in upstate New York. Lynn grew up in a dairy farming family, where you rise at 5:00 a.m., and worked until dusk, seven days a week. Some things never change. Real estate commands the same hours and love of the job if you want to be successful.

Lynn lives by his standards including his faith, his family and his career. He is married to his sweetheart, originally from Torreon, Mexico. They have two sons. Lynn has coached soccer, volunteers at school and is active in his church. In addition to his love for real estate, Lynn enjoys traveling, reading and scuba diving.
