Debi is a Realtor with over 20 years of business experience and a Texas native. Debi's passion to work hard for her clients and guide them through every step of the home selling/purchasing process. Being a successful business owner allows Debi to be insightful in listening to her clients and a whiz at marketing properties. Her skills include being a professional photographer, home stager, and construction renovator.

Debi is a graduate from the University of Houston and an active participant in the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors, Texas Executive Women, River Oaks Women Breakfast Club, the Professional Referral Organization for Women of Houston, and the Professional Women's Exchange Group of Houston.

I was born and grew up in New York City, where I studied fashion design in the Art Institute in New York City. Upon moving to Puerto Rico, I worked as an operation manager in our family fashion designing and manufacturing business while I pursued my BBA and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and concentrated on mastering the Spanish language and culture. I later moved to Houston, Texas. In Houston I owned and operated an insurance agency. I have also worked in mergers and acquisitions, mortgage and lending and real estate.


I have presently completed my CBR (Certificate Buyers Representation) SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) MCNE (Master Certified Negotiations Expert) and SRS (Seller Representation Specialist)
