Oscar is a native Houstonian who proudly served our country in the United States Navy. He has brought that same level of service and commitment to the real estate world for the past 12 years. He also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and has 15 years of oil and gas experience. Outside of real estate, he enjoys family time with his loving wife Maria and their beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Grace.

Through her prior background as a mortgage lender and a title clerk in the automotive industry, where time management and efficiency were a high priority and she encountered many different personality types, she grew to understand the value of good communication, and listening very carefully and closely to each client’s needs.

A Houston resident for over 25 years with many resources, Darla is knowledgeable, honest and professional, yet treats every client like friends and family. She feels it is essential for them to feel comfortable and trust her with what may be one of the most important transactions they will make. As part of that trust, she believes her greatest duty is to keep her clients well informed through every step of the transaction until closing.

When not showing and selling real estate, Darla likes to bike ride and run. She also loves pets, country music, and riding with her husband on the back of a Harley Davidson motorcycle taking long trips to the Hill Country.

Jen Marie Rau is an experienced real estate professional, specializing in Houston metro-area neighborhoods, including Montrose, West University-Southside Place, Bellaire, Galleria, Post Oak, and Tanglewood. A native and life-long Houstonian, Jen Marie is well versed on these neighborhoods and the luxury experience they offer homeowners. Colleagues and friends describe her approach as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She is loyal to clients and delivers with a can do attitude.

I am a Houstonian born and raised and have grown up all over the Houston area as a child. As an adult I settled down in the more northern parts of Houston in The Woodlands and Spring area. I have seen Houston grow so much over the years, and am amazed by how much it is continually changing.

I originally got into Real Estate to help my husband who after 14 years in Real Estate decided to become a Real Estate Broker. I was a little nervous about the transition because I always kind of viewed Real Estate as a salesy gig. I knew my husband was never the type to use a high-pressure salesy approach, but for some reason I was just worried that he was not the norm, and thought that in order to succeed in normal Real Estate life you had to be aggressive and superficial.

I am so thankful to say, that is not the case! Real Estate is about building relationships, serving others, making connections, never ending learning and growing. It is an opportunity to share in one of the most memorable times in people's lives. There will always be ups and downs in EVERY transaction, but it is such a blessing to be there to support, encourage, and help people through these situations! I am proud to say I am in a business of serving others, I just happen to sell Real Estate!

Following college, she moved to the Virgin Islands for two years before returning home to Houston. In her spare time, she loves sailing in Kemah and relaxing with her husband, Peter, and two young children along with family and friends. In addition, Jessica enjoys volunteering her time with Kinkaid's Young Professional Organization, Young American Heart Association, Young Texans Against Cancer and the Bayou Preservation Association.
