Heather has a B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University. She used her degree to manage projects and leverage relationships in the railroad industry over several different sites. As a local Houstonian, she has decided to settle back home and put her talents to use in real estate. I moved to Pasadena in 1971, it has been a wonderful experience to see this little town grow to be the big beautiful city that we have now. In 1974, my Broker and I got together and sold the north east side of Fairmont Parkway and Space Center to a group of Doctors. We developed the most beautiful subdivisions in Pasadena; Pasadena River Oaks, Santorini Estates and Colombian Village.(The only gated community in Pasadena). In 1976 I started building houses and selling real estate in this area. I went to University Houston to do my masters in Psychology and to learn the Real Estate and Construction field.
