Personal Information:

My Family and I have lived in and served the greater Houston area since 1968. My extended Family has been around the Houston area since the mid-1800's. I have served on both the MBA Council of Houston, Houston World Affairs Council, the Technology Advisory Board, and the MLS Advisory Board for HAR. My volunteer work Includes The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where I have been a volunteer since 2004, The Houston Food Bank. Impact Club, The Sunshine Kids Foundation, and Amberly's Home.

Karen David-Green has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years.

The city of Houston has been my home since the year 2005. I have been enjoying my life live in this great city and of course explored new life styles and new things for the past ten years. I like to learn new things and meet new people. Houston is also one of the international cities in the US. I am originally come from China. I immigrated to this country with my family. I love this city even from the first day I arrived here, because I can also speak Chinese with a lot of people here in the big Chinatown of Houston. I attended college here in Houston couples of years ago. Then I served in the US military in the United States Navy. I was in the human resource department and work as clerk for the Navy. I still miss my job in the Navy, because I gained and improved my English skills through the years.

I have always had a dream to become rich and famous when I was a young boy, and I still have this dream today. I have always heard from other people, or read that the most rich and famous people start their journey to be rich from Real Estate business. That is the main reason why I became a real estate professional. I want to be one of the richest and famous people in the world!

I am bilingual in English and Chinese. I was born and raised up in China, so I know the cultures of China very well! I will provide those Chinese international buyers, sellers, and investors my best service to reach their desires in the Houston’s real estate market.
