Jennifer Price Bates, native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan, has deep roots in our beloved city. She has been associated with real estate her whole life watching her father work in the business since she was a child. Jennifer always knew that one day she would follow in her father's footsteps.

Jennifer was recognized as Greenwood King's Top Producer of 2020 and 2021 and Rookie of the Year her first year of business. As well she was also honored as a Top Producer Club Member in 2014. Her positive outlook, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail provide her clients with the utmost respect and dedication they deserve. Highly organized and with a keen sense of communication, Jennifer represents her clients with her full attention and will do whatever it takes to make their transaction a smooth and positive experience. Although Jennifer knows the entire Houston area, she specializes in the areas of Memorial and all the Memorial Villages, Briargrove, Briargrove Park, Spring Valley, Wilchester, Rummel Creek, Nottingham, Nottingham Forest, Westchester, Walnut Bend, and the Energy Corridor.

After graduating from Memorial High School and The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Jennifer taught for two years in Dallas then returned to Houston to teach at St. Francis Episcopal Day School and Wilchester Elementary School in the Spring Branch Independent School District for a total of 10 years.

Committed to her community, Jennifer is a proud member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is actively involved with the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association of Houston. Jennifer was an active member of the Stratford High School Playhouse Booster Club serving as Booster Club President for 2 years with a total of 4 years serving on the Executive Board. Jennifer was also on the Executive Board for 2 years for the Stratford Spartanaires as the Spring Show Chairman. She has also served on the SHS Choir Booster Club Executive Board for 2 years, involved with SHS PTA, Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) Leading Ladies as well as a past member of the Junior League of Houston.

Jennifer and her husband Matt have lived in Wilchester for almost 20 years proudly raising their two daughters in the SBISD schools. After graduating Stratford HS, Lindsay graduated from Wright State University earning a BFA in Musical Theatre and Hailey is a rising Sophomore at the University of Georgia pursuing BBA in Accounting and Finance. Along with their Corgi, she enjoys playing tennis, volunteering and being with family and friends.

Ellen Camp is passionate about helping her clients evaluate the market, understand their options, and execute a thoughtful strategy to achieve their goals. Her clients describe her as responsive, determined, savvy, strong and patient. With a B.S. in Finance, Ellen became licensed to sell real estate in 1993. She first became licensed in Missouri, then Kansas in 1999 and finally Texas in 2008. Prior to selling real estate in Texas, Ellen was a mortgage loan officer in in St. Louis, Missouri where she used her degree in Finance to offer clients a wide array of home financing options. Later, she worked as a District Manager for ADP where she was able to use her natural marketing and sales skills to sell human resource software and payroll services to businesses. Ellen was later recruited as a medical sales representative for Novartis Nutrition in Kansas. After relocating to Houston with her family in 2007, Ellen returned to her original passion of real estate and she became licensed to sell real estate in Texas. Throughout my life, I have been inspired to work hard, stay focused and treat others with respect. Successful transactions include a blend of marketing, financial knowledge and most especially excellent customer service. Ellen points out that her own personal relocations have helped her to be more empathetic to her clients during the process of moving. I understand the excitement as well as the fear of the unknown involved in a move, says Ellen, I know what it feels like to pick up a family and start over in a new city or even across town in the same city.
