Tonja McAllen, a fifth generation Texan, has been associated with real estate her entire life. Her father, a custom home builder, developer, real estate broker in Texas and Arkansas bred into her the passion she has in real estate. Lynn Fawcett Russell began her real estate career in 1982 and has been recognized as a Top Producer for over forty consecutive years. A native Texan, Lynn was born in San Antonio and graduated from UT, Austin. She and her husband, John, also a UT grad, moved to Houston in 1974. Their daughter and son graduated from The Kinkaid School and The University of Texas. Their children continued their education: one receiving her MBA from the Jones School at Rice University and one receiving his MBA from the Freeman School at Tulane University.
Lynn adores the time spent with her four grandchildren, who all attend The Kinkaid School. The boys are active at POLL, a wonderful multi-generational Spring family tradition! They also enjoy their Bolivar beach house, traveling, cooking and entertaining. Native Houstonian Linda Ricca's professional portfolio includes a 20-year-plus, wide-ranging career of significant accomplishments within the health industry. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Linda earned a nursing degree from Houston Baptist University, practiced as an ICU nurse in the Texas Medical Center, transitioned into healthcare technology services and consulting, and finally moved into sales and executive oversight.

According to Linda, the dynamics of that previous career - managing multiple, detailed projects and providing guidance and counseling to families, clients and consultants - are similar to managing a real estate transaction. "In consulting, there were always new systems and processes to learn and new projects to develop and manage, as well as new clients and people to meet and assist, just as there are in real estate sales," she says. "There's also a strong emotional element present in both fields that requires caring, sensitivity, and understanding."

In addition to drawing on her innate knowledge as someone "born and raised in Houston and Sugar Land," Linda employs a wealth of valuable experience gained from working closely with her former husband, a residential builder, on many of his projects. "That exposure to the intricacies of home construction now helps me to assess a property's strengths and weaknesses and communicate that information to my clients. It also helps me explain inspection reports and contractual issues."

When not selling real estate, Linda is an officer on the Baylor College of Medicine Partnership Board and serves as Landscaping Lead for the Indian Circle Home Owners Association. Her leisure time includes traveling or at least getting away to the country whenever she can to spend time outdoors. Linda loves spending time with her daughter and son-in-law who live in LA and her son and daughter-in-law who live in Austin.

I’m not from Texas, but I really did get here as soon as I could. Originally born and raised in Sonoma County, California, I fell in love with everything Texas, particularly Houston, and moved here in 2014 to be a part of its diversity, economy, thriving nature and friendly demeanor. Fourteen years working in the legal field, 4 years of that as a paralegal for top personal injury and probate attorneys, taught me great multitasking and organizing skills, how to maintain a professional demeanor, attention to details, and how to work well under pressure. It also nurtured and strengthened my love of helping people, which I carry with me into real estate. I particularly take great satisfaction working with renters and first time home buyers, building a relationship of trust, honesty and integrity while keeping a constant and open line of communication to mitigate stress and worry.
