Realtor Karen Prichard Warren, a native Houstonian. My father was an architect and designer who not only designed beautiful homes and furniture, but was also an artist. I guess that's where my passion for architecture and design came from, she said. One of her first jobs was with a commercial management company in the bookkeeping department and the later she worked for a home builder. This six-year position taught Warren a lot about construction. After gaining experience working in the commercial management and homebuilding sectors, she decided to try her hand at real estate and became licensed in 2000. She recently moved back to Houston after 18 years working in Granbury, Texas. Warren joined Greenwood King Properties. She likes to educate her clients regarding the buying and selling process and what the market is doing. She describes herself as honest, very ethical, organized and service- oriented, while putting her client's best interest first. Her real estate knowledge includes residential, investment property, undeveloped land, farm and ranch, 1031 tax exchange and relocation properties. While in Granbury, Warren also lent her talents to the Granbury Board of Directors from 2015-2018. Tolar Athletic Booster Club Secretary 2011-2013, Tolar Athletic Booster of the Year 2009-2010 and Leadership Granbury 2009. In Houston, she volunteered at MD Anderson as a part of the Houston Junior League 2000-2002. Warren, a Robert E. Lee High School graduate, attended Texas Tech University for one year before transferring to the University of Houston, where she was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority. As the mother of four children, she learned she is stronger than she thought when her husband passed away while her children were between the ages of 12 and 3. Her faith in God got her through the difficult time. Warren often says, never use ink in your calendar, because God will change your plans. Change is a part of life, if you don't bend you will break.

After graduating with a Master's Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University, I started my Real Estate career as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. My international experience includes Sakhalin Island and Moscow, Russia. After many years overseas, I moved into sales and leasing for Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Today my primary focus is building long term relationships with my clients.

Stephanie Javor was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and began her residential real estate career as an assistant to two top Greenwood King agents. In between her initial role and her role as an agent today, Stephanie was able to pursue several amazing career opportunities, through which she acquired knowledge and invaluable insight into the new home and construction market—from land positioning to the cost of building and construction process, as well as the mortgage industry.

Stephanie is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and maintains a fast paced mentality. She approaches the real estate industry as a constant learning experience, and takes away something new with every transaction. Stephanie understands the importance of looking at the bigger picture, and considers her relationships with her clients of the upmost importance. Experience: About 40 years of combined experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Brokerage, Construction Management & Architecture. Professional career started in New York City in 1971 and moved to Houston, TX in 1975. Last few companies associated with were Bechtel Corp., Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston & Keller Williams Realty Memorial (present association since 1992). Started a new Architectural Corporation to provide Architectural Services. Services include concept development, design development, construction drawing, rendering, animation, digitizing, marketing package, Real Estate development feasibility etc.

Real Estate/Business Brokerage: About 20 years of experience. Started as part time agent in residential real estate while working full time as an Architect/Construction Manager. Decided to work full time in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in 1993. Selected as Chairperson of Commercial Division in Keller Williams Realty Memorial (Houston, TX) by ALC group in 1997. Chairperson’s responsibility was to train Commercial Agents in the company, provide seminars etc. Specialized in industrial leasing and developing, hotel/motels, c-stores, car wash, shopping centers and land development.

Architectural & Construction: 22 years of versatile professional experience in Architectural design, production and Construction Co-ordination/Management. Associated with many Architectural and Construction Companies in New York and Houston, since 1971. Overseas Assignment as Senior Architect in Jubail Township Project, Saudi Arabia. Field of experience includes Health Facilities, Recreational and Institutional Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Structures and Residential designs and Transit System (8 years in Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston, before starting full time as Real Estate Broker in 1993). In 2007 an Architectural Service company was started. Running the corporation as President.
