Although born into a real estate family in Santa Barbara, California, Terrell has been a resident of Houston more than thirty years. He has extensive knowledge of the area, and its market trends and changes that have occurred over three decades. Terrell has been a property owner and investor in all of his areas of specialization such as West University, Bellaire, River Oaks, Montrose, the Heights and Rice Military/Camp Logan. Terrell also has significant experience in the Memorial area, Katy and The Woodlands. In addition to expertise in real estate sales, Terrell has had fifteen years of experience financing buyers’ dreams as a mortgage lender. Not just another Realtor, Terrell is a resource for Houstonians and newcomers alike. He is involved in the community and is knowledgeable about everything from Houston’s rich cultural offerings, medical facilities and schools to its sports and outdoor activities. His two children are native Houstonians and attended area schools. Terrell prides himself in his professionalism and his sensitivity in seeking, assessing and meeting clients’ needs in order to match buyers with the home that is suitable for them. I have lived in Houston since I was 7 months old and am a Houstonian through and through. I grew up in Bellaire, graduating from St. Thomas' Episcopal School in Meyerland. Following high school I would go on to earn my undergraduate degrees at the University of Houston and my J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. I practiced law for 10 years before deciding to pursue my true passion - real estate! My legal background, experience with contracts and negotiations and familiarity with the Houston area has proven indispensable in my career as a real estate agent.

I currently live in the Katy area with my family. I enjoy working with clients from all over the city and those relocating to Houston. I treat my clients like family!
