A graduate of Memorial Senior High in Spring Branch ISD in 2000, I moved to Kerrville, TX and attended Schreiner University for two years before transferring to Texas A&M at Galveston to study Marine Biology.

In 2005, I moved back to Houston and married my high school sweetheart and started my real estate career.

Annie knows firsthand the uncertainty and opportunity that accompany a major relocation half-way around the globe. With past residencies in Asia, the Caribbean and multiple cities across the United States, she is well-equipped to help others looking for a new home make the best decisions when facing these same challenging circumstances. Annie earned a BA degree in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University (minor in Tourism Science) and started her professional career as international sales lead for a global supplier of electronic hardware and components. After eight successful years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, working and managing trade shows and hosting corporate events. She has had the opportunity to work with and represent multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the technology, automotive and oil & gas sectors. Annie has spent the last seventeen years in the Houston area and is no stranger to the local real estate market. She can see potential and identifying the updates that make a house a home. She has managed large-scale interior/exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing the vision to reality. Annie also keeps tabs on the local market for potential investment opportunities. Annie's friends and family would say she has a unique style of her own, an eye for design and a big heart. Her favorite hobbies are tennis, piano and travel. Most family vacation destinations have been chosen based on architectural significance, with the ruins of ancient Rome and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona being some of the highlights. Her worldly experiences, genuine personality, passion for her work and communication skills (native Mandarin speaker) would be an asset for anyone looking for a temporary or forever home. Charis learned that life lesson at an early age when, as one of three concurrent jobs, she worked as a steamer in women's apparel at the Dallas Market Center. She stuck with it and worked her way up, becoming a full-time manager and assistant buyer. "Looking back, I love that I started that way," she says. "It taught me all sides of the business and I was able and willing to do more than the average manager." After 10 years in the retail industry, Charis decided to transition into real estate sales, a career change that capitalized on her marketing and customer service expertise. "I chose to work at Greenwood King Properties because it's a local, woman-owned business with a 'team-player' atmosphere that I very much respect." Patience is one of Charis's virtues and being of service to others gives her joy and purpose. She sources her business through a network of personal and professional contacts, social media, hand-written letters, and neighborhood flyers. She especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers find the right neighborhood with the right house, and growing families to sell their home and find "the next step up." Born in Houston, Charis attended Memorial High School and earned a degree in business management from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. She has volunteered for several charities including Triumph Over Kid Cancer and the American Cancer Society. When not working, Charis enjoys sewing, home design projects, time with her family and friends, and yoga and other physical activities.

Originally from Shreveport and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Lisa Rigdon brings to real estate a service-based approach and the detailed, analytical style of a scientist. A background in chemistry and commodity oil trading equips Lisa with a keen ability to identify a win-win solution and to facilitate a deal that pleases all parties involved. She views real estate as a significant investment and thoroughly evaluates how a property might align with a client's personal and financial goals.
Retired from the oil and gas business since late 2017, Lisa maintains strong international connections within the industry. A longtime Houstonian, Lisa is especially passionate about the city and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with clients relocating to the area. She finds great pleasure in working with buyers and primarily services the areas inside and just north of the loop such as West U, The Heights, and Oak Forest. Her professional interactions and extensive travel (including her time living in Brazil and Barbados) offer a unique perspective and insight to a global lifestyle.

When not serving her clients, Lisa remains active through travel, skiing, time with loved ones, and painting. She volunteers at Sundance Film Festival annually and supports her community through STEM initiatives and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Her constant companion is her darling Labradoodle Lucy.

Stephanie Mushin is a longtime Houston resident, currently residing in the Galleria area. Before settling in Houston, Stephanie competed as an equestrian throughout the country and received numerous national titles for her riding achievements. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston and holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Stephanie’s background in law has taught her the importance of strong negotiation skills as well as the seriousness of maintaining a high level of fiduciary care and duty. Stephanie’s distinct background enables her to serve as an experienced client liaison in intricate real estate transactions. She has assisted both buyers and sellers in residential preconstruction, re-sales, leasing, investment properties, and project management.

Stephanie enjoys maintaining friendships with her clients that last way beyond the business transaction. In her off-time, Stephanie can often be found practicing yoga or pilates, jogging with friends, riding her horses or playing with her rescue dog Grappa. She also travels the world whenever time permits, her favorite destination being Italy.
