I moved to Pasadena in 1971, it has been a wonderful experience to see this little town grow to be the big beautiful city that we have now. In 1974, my Broker and I got together and sold the north east side of Fairmont Parkway and Space Center to a group of Doctors. We developed the most beautiful subdivisions in Pasadena; Pasadena River Oaks, Santorini Estates and Colombian Village.(The only gated community in Pasadena). In 1976 I started building houses and selling real estate in this area. I went to University Houston to do my masters in Psychology and to learn the Real Estate and Construction field.

Suzanne Sprayberry, brings several years of real estate experience to the table. She believes her real strength is in her extensive experience in relocation and renovations. Because she specializes in relocation, she understands the broad scope of Houston real estate, giving her an edge over many real estate professionals. Houston covers over 600 square miles and Suzanne is familiar with the most prestigious communities that surround this far reaching terrain. From the bedroom communities of The Woodlands, Kingwood, Sugar Land, Katy and Friendswood, Suzanne commands a strong understanding of Houston's four-corners. As a resident of the Memorial area, she is well versed when it comes to the city of Houston itself.
Suzanne is very proud of her association with Keller Williams Realty Memorial. She has enjoyed her real estate career as it has changed and progressed over the years.
Suzanne is a native Houstonian having grown up in West University, inside of Houston's inner loop area. She is a graduate of Lamar High School and has continued to call this great city home while raising her family here. Suzanne is the mother of two daughters and the loving grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren.
When it is time for Suzanne to take a break and regroup, you will find her spending time with her grandchildren and enjoying the outdoors.
