Originally from Shreveport and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Lisa Rigdon brings to real estate a service-based approach and the detailed, analytical style of a scientist. A background in chemistry and commodity oil trading equips Lisa with a keen ability to identify a win-win solution and to facilitate a deal that pleases all parties involved. She views real estate as a significant investment and thoroughly evaluates how a property might align with a client's personal and financial goals.
Retired from the oil and gas business since late 2017, Lisa maintains strong international connections within the industry. A longtime Houstonian, Lisa is especially passionate about the city and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with clients relocating to the area. She finds great pleasure in working with buyers and primarily services the areas inside and just north of the loop such as West U, The Heights, and Oak Forest. Her professional interactions and extensive travel (including her time living in Brazil and Barbados) offer a unique perspective and insight to a global lifestyle.

When not serving her clients, Lisa remains active through travel, skiing, time with loved ones, and painting. She volunteers at Sundance Film Festival annually and supports her community through STEM initiatives and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Her constant companion is her darling Labradoodle Lucy.

Mark McGinley is Broker and President of Institutional Management Company. He has over 30 years experience in the commercial and multi-family investment sales market. Mark began his real estate career as a CPA for a major Houston commercial developer before becoming a licensed Texas real estate sale agent in 1985 and a real estate broker in 1988. Since then, he has closed over four hundred investment real estate property sales including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, unimproved land, hotels, and numerous multi-family complexes. My Name is Marilyn Phillips, Native Houstonian, grew up in South side of Houston. After I married in 1971, we moved to West part of Houston. Will celebrated Our 50th Wedding Anniversary. During these years , God Blessed us with 2 sons, & 5 beautiful grandchildren. My background in real estate started when I was a young child. My mothers family started in commercial and later started building homes few became Inspectors. My grandfather built many of churches & country clubs thru-out Downtown Houston, many of the old churches still standing also assisted with many Country Clubs built (River Oaks Country Club). Before getting into real estate, I worked in Mortgage banking for 5 years for First City National Bank, located in Downtown Houston on Main Street, & later transferred to Commercial Lending. After many years in banking I decided to go & try something different where I went to work in JP Courts Harris County for about 8 years. After many years with Court system, I decided to become a Realtor in 1990, as I love working & helping people & so I decided to put my negotiation skills & knowledge to work for Buyers. I became a Relocation Specialist working with many Buyers & sellers. I became Buyers Agent with many relocation companies from around the world. Adding many certifications over the years. Been Multi- Million Dollar Producer Since 1997 , Co-owned C21 Office for many years with my great friend Sharon Morton, who is/was my broker for many years. Before we became business partners, I was Sharon's Buyer's Agent, together we assisted Oil & Gas Industry Relocating 100's of employees to & from Houston & surrounding areas. I have met so many wonderful people from around the world and still today we remain good friends. Billions of dollars have been spent in our city purchasing homes.
