Thanks to the broker who helped them, Khan became fascinated with the entire process. In 1999 he decided to become a real estate Investor Purchased and Sale Home. He Joined 2005 Chase Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer and follow up at Wells Fargo Bank with combined 7 year banking experience. Before long Khan became an expert at “Alternative Financing and Purchasing.” He became adept at finding special loan programs and in setting up lease options and equity share agreements, as well as land trusts.

    His attitude and willingness to assist has helped him create relationships within the real estate community that lead to cooperation and smooth transactions with cooperating Brokers. Because they respect and trust his professionalism, and because they know he will work diligently to overcome obstacles, other agents are eager to show his listings – and listing agents encourage sellers to strongly consider his buyers offer.

    In the years in the real estate market has had its challenges.
