A rare Houston native and 5th Generation Texan, Tabatha and her family currently live in the Memorial area, where she melds time enriching the lives of her daughter and twin boys, staying fit and cultivating an inner peace. Her vast knowledge of Houston is influenced by her experiences living in the Rice Military, Upper Kirby, Heights, and South Main areas and working in Downtown Houston, Memorial City, Galleria and Tanglewood.

I moved to Pasadena in 1971, it has been a wonderful experience to see this little town grow to be the big beautiful city that we have now. In 1974, my Broker and I got together and sold the north east side of Fairmont Parkway and Space Center to a group of Doctors. We developed the most beautiful subdivisions in Pasadena; Pasadena River Oaks, Santorini Estates and Colombian Village.(The only gated community in Pasadena). In 1976 I started building houses and selling real estate in this area. I went to University Houston to do my masters in Psychology and to learn the Real Estate and Construction field.
