As a native Texan, born and raised in Victoria, Texas, Beverly Farris has over 25 years experience in the Financial, Investment, Insurance Sales and Service Industry, working her way up the corporate ladder to an Executive. She is excited to bring this experience to her clients in the real estate market she loves.

With a sales and service background, negotiation, analysis, detail, Concierge "white glove service" and integrity devotes Beverly to her clients. With Beverly's financial background, she understands what an important part a home plays in the family but also that it is an asset! Beverly is professional, outgoing and brings her own sense of Texas style.... Often she is asked where she is from, it's just a Texas draw!

Beverly holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Houston, Texas Real Estate License, Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Texas Insurance License and previous Securities License. She is on the board of Potomac Court Homeowners Association and a member of the Trotter YMCA, promoting a healthy lifestyle in her community.

Because she loves her business, servicing customers and having fun while she is doing it, her teenage son Gage, has now become involved providing his Drone services. There is plenty of laughter and smiles getting the job done!! And quality time with family!

Beverly enjoys giving back to the community she loves and volunteers at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston Area Women's Center, Houston Police Foundation and Post Oak Little League. She fund raises for her alumni, University of Houston as well as the American Cancer Society.

Beverly also provides another level of expertise for her clients as a Certified Stager and provides staging services and advice.

Samantha views her role in assisting buyers and sellers as more than a career – to her it's a responsibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact on other's lives. Samantha is known for her easy-going, friendly attitude, her joyful spirit, and her love of laughter. But when her clients' interests are at stake, her intense devotion, tenacity and negotiating skills come to the forefront. Making sure her clients are taken care of is her number one goal.

Samantha possesses a keen awareness of people's needs and concerns during the real estate process. Her innate understanding of people's needs comes naturally for the mother of one with another on the way. Her goal is to help every client purchase a home to provide a safe haven to escape to or to raise a family in.
