In 2000, Tricia was retained by the Houston Rockets and Comets to direct the relocation needs of the teams as the Business Travel/Corporate Housing Negotiator for 5 seasons. Her next move brought her to Miami, Florida in 2005 where she worked with the President of Commodore Realty, David Puyanic. This role involved the management of 1 million square feet of grocery and retail space throughout the state of Florida. Tricia worked directly with the CEO to review lease contracts & reconciling triple net leases in addition to managing and coordinating punch lists with various contractors & maintenance crews.
