When listing properties for sellers, I closely analyze the property and its features, review market trends and activity, use professional photography for maximum marketing exposure, monitor viewings to obtain maximum feedback for my sellers, utilize staging companies when appropriate, hold open houses, and regularly update my sellers.

I also enjoy working with home buyers, whether a first time buyer or a seasoned investor. I realize this is a significant and important purchase for them and their families, and I want to make sure we secure them the home of their dreams! To better serve my clients, I have built relationships with mortgage professionals who can answer all their financing questions and guide them through the entire process, whether it be a VA, FHA, conventional, or even a hard money loan program. Plus, I am very experienced in the various negotiations that arise during the purchase process to better protect my buyers' interests. My team and I work all over the Houston Metropolitan area. Natalia was born in Latvia. She graduated from the University of Latvia with a bachelor degree in Russian Philology. At a young age she moved to New York where she graduated Brooklyn College with a bachelor degree in TV broadcasting and worked as executive assistant on RTVI (Russian TV broadcasting network). At the same time she became passionate with real estate and got her real estate salesperson license. After having two small kids in NYC their family decided to move to better environment to raise children and discovered The Woodlands. They moved to The Woodlands in 2015 and absolutely in love with the area, people, diversity of cultures and lifestyle. Natalia is passionate about real estate and will help you to buy or rent your dream home or sell a house. In her free time she likes to travel around the world, trying different cuisines skiing, playing tennis and excercising at Villa Sport.
