Steve has been a commercial realtor since 2014, and as Managing Director for KW Commercial Energy Corridor, he is responsible for training and managing new and existing commercial agents with KWCEC. His areas of expertise include:

Professionally, Steve is a member of CREN (Commercial Real Estate Network), CREAM (Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County), TLBN (Texas Land Brokers Network), TAR (Texas Association of Realtors), HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

Steve, who has lived in the Greater Houston area since 1969, received his BA in Philosophy from Texas A&M University in 1978.

My name is Charles Rawls and I grew up in Tennessee and moved to Houston to go to college. After a career in IT, I have been working in Real Estate. While I am open to all areas of Texas, I am most familiar with Houston. In fact, my favorite parts of the city are the West and Southwest because I enjoy the culture and the parks.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I enjoy volunteering at multiple agencies in the Houston area. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

I believe it is important to offer clients insight on how they can best achieve their desired goals in real estate. That's why I want to help people through my real estate business.

Born and raised native Houstonian, Josh comes from a family that has been in the construction business for over 30 years and has taught him the value of hard work. Right out of high school, Josh went to work for a large electrical contractor in Houston for 9 years. During this time, he went on to complete a four-year program at IEC (Independent Electrical Contractors), and received his Journeyman License. Josh decided to move his career into the sales role in the construction where he negotiated and coordinated large construction projects for his clients to ensure the best possible outcome for their companies.
