Another past client who resided in the Soviet Union was planning to return to the US and wanted my help to find their new home.and I did. while they were still in the SU! Yet, one other client simply needed my reassurance and counsel to buy their 2nd home. They said, Felita I need your help, I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing, can you help me. Lastly, the Sellers who tried for 2 months to Sell their home themselves before they asked for my help and the couple whose home sat on the market under a different Broker for over 60 days. I SOLD them both in less than 2 weeks. At the end of the day, the Trust my clients place in me to help them achieve their goals is simply PRICELESS.
