Before Barbara Towne joined Greenwood King Properties in 1991, she gained invaluable experience working in the executive offices of a major Houston bank. While there, she learned about the complexities of financing and sharpened her skills in client service.

His strong IT background, developed while working with prominent companies like Chevron and AT&T, complements his diverse skill set, which also includes experience as a chief union steward, paralegal, and election judge. As a tech-savvy professional, Alex brings a unique perspective to the industry. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), holding a valid Texas license. Additionally, he is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in water damage mitigation, further enhancing his property management expertise. In 2016, Alex founded Superior Property Management, a company specializing in delivering top-notch property management services to clients. The same year, he also established a construction company, followed by the creation of Velasco Realty Partners in 2019a full-service real estate brokerage focusing on lease and purchase agreements and property sales.
